Coaching is essentially a sincere conversation, a dialogue within a productive, results-oriented context. It is a collaborative alliance to help the coachee establish and clarify purposes, goals and actions related to his /her professional and personal growth. It also identifies and addresses self-limiting beliefs and skill gaps that hinder progress towards goal achievement.  Here’s what our coaching process looks like:
