Naresh Peshwani has worked in projects in Manufacturing, Information Technology, and Banking & Financial Services. His employment includes stints at L&T, a multinational company in engineering, construction, manufacturing goods and information technology and HSBC, one of the largest banks in the world. At HSBC, Naresh played diverse roles such as Offshore Engagement Manager, Onsite Project Manager, Business Analyst, Account Manager, Delivery Head, Global Talent Development Head and finally, Global Training Delivery Head to more than 11000 IT team members across all GLT locations (Pune, Hyderabad in India, China, Malaysia and Brazil).
He is experienced in initiating, administering and executing large projects with understanding of business needs, business analysis, technical needs with business domain.
