Suresh has 20 years of experience in Organization and Leadership Development, Training, and Executive Coaching across India, Asia Pacific and Europe. He is passionate about helping people realize their potential, learn and perform.

Suresh began his career with the Maxworth Group moving on to Tenneco Automotive (USA), Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Germany) and AB Mauri (ABF Plc UK) working across Manufacturing, Automotive, High value capital equipment and Food Ingredients companies. His last two corporate roles were at the Vice President level. He has conducted Management Development Programs, Coaching assignments and presented papers in diverse countries and cultures – in India, Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, Australia Argentina, Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

His HR & OD work has added a high people-centered, holistic and ethical approach to life. He has conducted many high impact programs in Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, Coaching skills, Strategic Change, Innovation and Knowledge Networks, Customer Complaint Management and so on, both in India and overseas (in Tokyo, Taipei, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City and Colombo). He also coaches senior leaders and teams in a variety of areas ranging from leadership and team development, managing transitions to cultural integration. In Executive Coaching, he brings a unique combination of senior management corporate expertise, combined with the real time experience of being a coach, mentor, trainer and HR practitioner.

A committed learner, Suresh attained post-graduation degrees in Personnel Management and English Literature and completed intensive management programs from Melbourne Business School, Singapore Institute of Management and ESM&T Cologne. He is a trained Trainer and a trained Executive Coach and member of the International Coach Federation.

His other strengths include Cross Culture Orientation for Asian cultures, engaging Management Teams through strategic Change Models such as Kotter’s 8-step Transformation Process, facilitating Skill Gap analyses and tailor-made solution matrices, empowering Self learning Programs. A recent highlight was the design and delivery of a 3-year General Management Training Roadmap (combining Performance Management, Teamwork & Interpersonal Skills and Coaching Skills) covering 250 Managers in 6 Asian countries.
